Terms of Service
These terms govern authorized use of the WasteWhere Customer portal and account workflows.
Service use
WasteWhere is provided for lawful waste operations, service, dispatch, customer, and subscription workflows. Users must follow their organization policies and applicable laws.
Accounts and authority
The person creating or administering an account confirms they are authorized to act for the organization and to invite or manage users for that organization.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
Trial, pricing, subscription, and payment details may be configured by the product catalog and operator workflows. Simulated payment flows do not process live card payments until an approved payment provider is connected.
